I was not trying to make art, but totally in love with the way this chocolate turned out. I was playing around with colored cocoa butter like most of my fellow chocolate friends and in the process of warming my molds I think I melted the cocoa butter causing it to run.

The bar is a 70% Dark Guatemala (Polochic) bar with toasted coconut.
